Lee has worked with some of the world's top golfers to help improve their game in one of the most mentally demanding sports.

I give Lee different scenarios that golfers may find mentally challenging and he tells me how he would advise a golfer in each of these situations.

in this week's episode I spoke to one of Ireland's biggest Olympic medal hopes, gymnast Rhys McClenaghan.

Rhys is a European and Commonwealth champion and Ireland's first ever World Championship medalist in gymnastics.

Episode 8 - Sean Highdale

This week I spoke to former Liverpool footballer Sean Highdale.

Sean joined the academy at a very young age and excelled throughout his teenage years including captaining Liverpool u18s and representing England in underage football.

Sean signed his first professional contract at 17 but unfortunately that same week, was involved in a car accident that changed his life. Sean discusses the mindset he had to bounce back from this and his plans for the future.

Episode 7 - Liam Griffin

This week I spoke to one of the most influential people in the history of Wexford hurling, Liam Griffin.

 

Liam was Wexford manager in 1996 when the county ended a 28 year barren spell and brought the All-Ireland hurling title back to Wexford.

 

In this episode Liam goes in depth about:

- His time as a player with both Wexford and Clare.

- His time studying sport psychology.

- His successful spell in charge of the Wexford hurling team and the steps he took to turn a struggling county into All-Ireland champions within 2 years.

- How he brought a sport psychologist in to work with the Wexford team in 1996 and the impact he believes this had on the group.

- Plus much more.

 

Liam was a hero to so many people in Wexford in the 90's, including me so I loved chatting to him this week.

Episode 6 - Damian Browne

This week I spoke to adventurer and former professional rugby player, Damian Browne.

Damian has completed numerous extreme challenges including a 6 day ultra marathon across the Sahara Desert and also rowed solo across the Atlantic Ocean.

In this episode he talks about the mentality required to complete even the most physically and mentally demanding challenges.

Episode 5 - Cora Staunton

In this weeks episode I spoke to GAA legend Cora Staunton. 

Widely regarded as the greatest ladies Gaelic Footballer of all time, Cora has won 4 All-Ireland titles with Mayo, 6 All-Ireland club titles with Carnacon and has won 11 All-Stars. In recent years Cora has also changed sport and is now a Sydney Giant in the Australian Football League. 

Cora speaks about what's required to compete at the very top from the age of 13 and stay at that level to this day.

Episode 4 - Kevin Ratcliffe

In this weeks episode I spoke to Everton legend, Kevin Ratcliffe.

Kevin is the most successful captain in the history of Everton Football Club and captained The Toffees in the most successful period of the clubs recent history, the 1980's.

During this period he lifted two league titles, an FA Cup, and famously, the European Cup Winners Cup in Rotterdam in 1985.
